I would like to take you to a Christmas tradition. It's not far, just down the road then take a right and before to long you will see a marvelous site.
A life size Neapolitan Crèche that I get to visit each year…
Merry Christmas from my house to yours....

IF you have not seen these than you're in for a sweet treat...
However, I must warn you drooling could be a side effect of visiting... here...
one that is giving a bear that is sweeter than honey .
o....... o ..OO
Do you think I can talk my granddaughter into this for her 5th birthday?
Oh and just one more thing, I would make a crepe paper centerpiece using a new Nancy Ann Storybook doll by Dianna Effner..
If you have any more ideas I would love to hear...
After all, if you give a grandmother a cupcake she will need........

What I have doing on my blog vacation…..
Catching up on all of my yahoo groups emails..
Had about 1000 to read…
Getting ready for Christmas…
Needed to do some things to get the house ready for the holidays.
My hubby fell 18 ft. off a ladder last Monday; our wood stove pipe broke his fall.
He is very bruised, has a good deal of swelling, and hobbles around…
However, we our both very thankful because we know the outcome could have been a lot worse.
of my daughter’s Girl Scout troop in 1982.
I found some left over kits that I put together back than...
it was a fun find...
I also spent the Sunday before Halloween in a very old cemetery with my son.
He came home for the weekend to work on an archaeology class project. Each of his team members had to find and list the information from 25 headstones dated before 1880.
I went along to help measure and take the pictures of the stones. Together we read epitaphs and talked about the families, the soldiers (from both the revolutionary war and civil war). It was a sunny warm day and it took us over 3 hours to complete the task.
I told my son that this ghost in the picture enjoyed our visit…
I also spent some time visiting new blogs...
Here is one that I found inspiring
