Laugh ….

“A laugh is a smile that bursts.”
Mary H. Waldrip

My New Year's resolution this year is to LAUGH more.
I did not make this resolution because I didn’t laugh before but because I
find that if I am aware of laughter I laugh more.
Laughter is good for both the body and the soul.
I plan to seek out things to make me laugh just like I seek out beauty and inspiration.
I want to take more time for silly things, silly movies, I wish I was clever enough to say
things to make others laugh.

I have found that some of the strongest people I know are those that face life’s ups and downs with a smile on their face.
I don’t think it is because their heart hurts less, I think it is because their
choose a different path to get through the bumpy parts.

"A smile starts on the lips, A grin spreads to the eyes, A chuckle comes
from the belly; But a good laugh bursts forth from the soul, overflows,
and bubbles all around" Carolyn Birmingham
