Happy St. Patrick's Day
***
This post is dedicated to my Irish mom whom we laid to rest fifteen years ago today.

She wore green with pride and always said “everyone is a little Irish today"…
***
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind blow at your back.
May the sun shine warmly on your face.
May the rain fall softly on your fields.
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
AMEN.

Everyone is always a little bit Irish today! My kids are part Irish from their dad's side. Happy St Paddy's Day to you.

This is a lovely tribute to your mother. My mom always told me I was part Irish. Maybe everyone IS a little big Irish.
Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Aww, sorry about your mom. I lost my mom 20 years ago and I still miss her. It doesn't matter how old you are, when you lose your mom you're an orphan.

Hugs, Julie

I think just going through the loss of my Irish FIL who's birthday was on St. Patrick's day makes the passing of your Irish mother on St. Patrick's day amazing to me. I think there is a very strong connection for the Irish to this very special Holiday.

Blessings to you! Nancy
